We need prayer, as fallen, weary people.
So did the Son of Man, perfect and filled with the Spirit.
He prayed forty days before the devil tempted him.
He prayed all night before he chose the disciples
(Even so, one of the twelve betrayed him.)
He prayed for hours in the Garden of Gethsemane,
Preparing for his execution.
Don’t plan first.
Pray first.
Father, reveal your will and let me walk therein.
