We have had sick people miss church
Four out of five weeks.
This seems statistically improbable:
There aren’t that many of us.
I have heard Christians suggest
That we fight against the dark forces.
I am not sure that this is the way of peace.
What does it mean to resist the devil?
Does it mean casting him out?
Or does it mean worshipping God, no matter what happens?
Because I have seen that,
No matter who is sick, and what they are missing,
Things work themselves out.
Is this not also a provision?
