I was wide awake after six hours of sleep.
By eleven in the morning,
I couldn’t keep my eyes open,
And headed to bed for a nap.
I woke at noon, and checked my calendar.
I had a meeting at noon.
So I called in, fully refreshed,
And ready for the next twelve hours of
Endeavor.
