A crowd descended on
Charlottesville.
They have different beliefs.
Mob scene, blood, guns, flags.
I saw the photos.
And the one that stopped me
Was the man
With the enormous
Swastika
Tattooed on his shoulder.
And I wonder:
Did the tattoo artist
Do a double-take
When he said what he wanted?
What part of the Nazi regime
Does he find attractive?
Where does such brokenness
Come from, and how can we fix it?
