In the middle of a work project,
I suddenly thought,
I am so sad, I can hardly stand it!
About a decision I didn’t understand
And didn’t agree with.
I think I’m going to cry!
And I did. Sobbing deep into my pillow,
Face up only for breath.
After about thirty seconds,
The feeling passed,
And I placed the call I should have made,
And felt like I could move forward again.
Natrum muriaticum is all about suppressed grief.
If taking the remedy allows griefs not to be suppressed,
I might be surprised like that a lot
In the days and weeks to come.
